Return & Refund Policy

At ADFusion Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality education and ensuring student success. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before enrolling in any of our courses.

No Refund Policy

Once a student has enrolled and paid for a course, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances, except in the case outlined below.

Placement Guarantee Refund Policy

A refund will only be considered if the student is not placed after course completion, provided all of the following conditions are met:

  • Regular Attendance: The student must attend all scheduled classes, either online or offline, without fail.
  • Project Internship: The student must complete internships involving at least 3 projects, as assigned by the academy.
  • Daily Practical Training: The student must dedicate 3 to 4 hours daily for practical sessions, as required by the course structure.
  • No Skipping of Classes: Consistent attendance is mandatory. Skipping classes without valid reason or prior notice will make the student ineligible for a refund.
  • Refund Time: Once approved, refunds are credited within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method.
