1. Course Enrollment & Fees

• To confirm your enrollment, a non-refundable registration fee of ₹5,000 must be paid.
• The remaining course fee can be paid in two installments as communicated by the academy.
• All fees paid are non-refundable except as per our Refund Policy.
• Students are responsible for providing accurate information during the registration process.

2. Attendance & Participation

• Regular attendance is mandatory for both online and offline classes.
• Students are expected to actively participate in class activities, assignments, and project work.
• Skipping classes without valid reason may affect certification and placement eligibility.

3. Code of Conduct

• Respectful behavior is expected towards instructors, staff, and fellow students.
• Any form of harassment, abuse, or disruptive behavior will lead to immediate removal from the course without refund.
• Students must not share course content, materials, or recordings without prior permission.

4. Intellectual Property

• All course materials, including videos, notes, assignments, and recordings, are the intellectual property of ADFusion Academy.
• Reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use of course content is strictly prohibited.

5. Certification & Placement

• Certificates will be issued only upon successful completion of course modules, practicals, and assigned projects.
• Placement assistance is provided only to eligible students who meet all course and attendance requirements.

6. Changes to Courses

• ADFusion Academy reserves the right to modify course content, duration, instructors, or schedules as needed for improvement or operational reasons.
• Students will be informed in advance of any significant changes.

7. Limitation of Liability

• ADFusion Academy is not liable for any personal loss, data loss, or damages arising from the use of our services.
• We do not guarantee job placement, but we offer dedicated support for eligible students.
